Robbers Hit Dental Surgery

POLICE are searching for two men who committed a daring daylight robbery at a Fairy Meadow dental surgery on Tuesday.
The robbery occurred about 2.30pm when the men entered Quality Dental Care on the Princes Hwy, Fairy Meadow.Detective Senior Constable Alison Molyneux said a knife was produced before the two demanded money. They then fled with a small amount of cash, running south along the Princes Hwy before crossing the road into Guest Park.They were last seen getting into a silver Hyundai Excel.Witnesses who gave a description of the vehicle are urged to contact Wollongong detectives.One of the men is described as 180cm tall, of medium build, Caucasian, clean shaven with mousy blond, shoulder-length hair and wearing a red and white checked shirt and three-quarter length dark green shorts.The second man is described as 19-20 years old, of thin build, fair complexion, mousy blond hair and wearing a white jacket, brown shirt, shorts and white joggers.Anyone who may have witnessed the incident can contact Wollongong detectives on 4226 7899 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
