Dr Manish Shar at Smile Concepts is the 1st and only dentist who has ever taken the time to actually listen to my concerns and address them without making me feel embarrassed or inferior. I had eroded front teeth from fruit acids and wide gaps both sides from unnessary extractions. Plus a mouthful of ugly black fillings. As a child I endured many horrific experiences which left me not only with a fear of dentists but also a mistrust of them so I avoided dentists for years. At 51years old I was desperate for help with my teeth to boost my flagging confidence, I hated my smile. Staff were friendly and made me feel welcome and relaxed. Dr Manish Shar was very professional explaining my options, showing me photos of previous work he had done and explaining the procedure and cost. Never once was I pressured or rushed or made to feel I was waisting his time. I bravely went ahead and now have a renewed confident smile with 8 very natural looking crowns across the top front. I love them! They are beautiful! Procedure was not completely pain free but almost. Totally worth it, I recommend it to anyone!
